Regular preventative Maintenance is the best way to ensure trouble-free operation and peak performance year round. Most Manufactures require maintenance done at least once a year to keep you warranty valid. Our qualified technician completes a checklist in order to ensure proper maintenance on your system. 

You don’t have to remember when to schedule, we will call you when it is time to schedule your visits according to your Plan. 

ALL MAINTENANCE PLANS INCLUDE

Indoor Unit

  • Check indoor air filter, will change is supplied by customer
  • Check thermostat operation
  • Check blower motor wheel-Balance and dirt accumulation.
  • Check all connections, fuses and wires
  • Cycle indoor fan relay, check operation
  • Cycle electric heat, operations, Amp draw
  • Check blower amp draw
  • Check blower door safety switch
  • Check and flush drain line
  • Check float switch

Outdoor Unit

  • Check operating pressures, discharge and suction
  • Check condenser coil for blockage, rinse out, foam wash if needed
  • Ensure condenser coil drainage area (compressor cavity) clear of debris pressures, discharge and suction.
  • Check compressor starting and running amps
  • Ensure starting devices switching properly
  • Inspect accessible areas for signs of leaks and rust treat if necessary
  • Check evaporator coil temps
  • Lubricate condenser fan motor, if required, check fan blades for vibration
  • Check time delay operation
  • Inspect start and run capacitors for swelling or leaking

Gas Furnace

  • Check blower door safety switch
  • Check for pilot flame
  • Check burners for proper ignition and burning flame
  • Check thermocouple for proper operation
  • Check electric ignition
  • Check draft inducer
  • Check CO2 levels in home

Heat Pump

  • Check reversing valve
  • Visually check crankcase heater - Seasonal

Special Provisions

  • Monday – Friday from 8am – 4pm. Weather permitting
  • System must be operating upon arrival, or diagnostic charge is applied
  • (2) Maintenance Visits per Contract year on your A/C System
  • (1) Heating & (1) Cooling
  • Maintenance checks are done year round Approximately every 6 months.
