In these difficult times, we are diligently working with several of our suppliers to offer and install (IAQ) Indoor Air Quality products at a discounted price. This is something we are going to extend to all of our Comfort Service Customers. This will be a major effort on all of our ends to help stop the spread of this virus. We are currently stocking high end models like Reme Halo, Air Scrubber, and Ultravation. These UV-Purifiers will be sold significantly below market value.  Please see the attached sheet for pricing.

Our mission is to ensure we do not put our customers or employees in a situation where they may be exposed to COVID-19. We have implemented a recommended safety plan and will take all necessary measures to stop the spread of this virus. Our employee’s and our senior management team meets regularly to discuss contingency plans and address any new developments. Our office will remain open until a mandatory closing by the Government is imposed. As of right now, HVAC and contracting companies are considered essential businesses.

Be assured that we have a staged plan that will allow us to provide the most coordinated and optimized service possible as we navigate the weeks ahead.

Safety precautions to include:

  • Limit contact with “touch surfaces”, we are asking our customers to adjust their thermostat so our technicians may operate the system to diagnose any issues and make repairs. In the event we are needed to touch any surfaces in your home, our technicians have been supplied anti-bacterial wipes. They will wipe down the surfaces that have been touched in an effort to minimize any possible contamination.
  • We are offering to sanitize our customers evaporator coil at no extra charge while we are there servicing their home. This sanitation will neutralize any fungi or bacteria that may be present on your coil. This process will deodorize your home as well. UV-Sanitation equipment will be available to install upon request if the customer desires so.
  • Our employees are practicing “social distancing” and are asking all customers to please practice this as well. Often at times we have individuals that will look over our employee’s shoulders as they work. However, giving the current spread rate of COVID-19 we are asking everyone to maintain a minimum six feet distance from our employee’s. This will benefit everyone involved.
  • We have gone paperless and usually require customers to use their fingers to sign our technicians’ devices. At this time we are calling a halt to this practice and simply putting in code CVD19 as a signature for the transaction. If you do not agree to this then you may sign the device and a sanitation wipe will be provided to you.
  • If you are a high risk individual or have someone in your home that is high risk and request that we take extra measures according to your instruction, we will do what we can to make you comfortable.
  • If you feel that you have been exposed to COVID-19, know anyone personally who has COVID-19, or feel sick, we request that you cancel your scheduled maintenance and reschedule it as soon as the sickness has passed.
  • Our main priority while staying in operation is the safety of our customers and staff.
